I’ve worked in IT since 1998. For twelve years, I supported Microsoft 365 and SharePoint at a North American manufacturing operation with office and frontline teams.

I inherited a SharePoint estate without forms or workflows. I built sixteen production forms and workflows, then carried them through three platform generations. That work was never just a content move; it meant understanding the process and what people needed to keep doing.

Before that, at LIN Media, I built a SharePoint intranet with InfoPath forms and Nintex approval workflows for Legal, Finance, HR, and Tax. The tools have changed. The work of connecting a department’s need to a system that holds up has not.
