Privacy
Plain words about your information.
This page says exactly what this site collects, where it goes, and what happens to it. No small print.
What I promise
- Card details are entered in Stripe's checkout and never reach this site.
- Your information is not sold or shared for advertising.
- Only Khamsay's confirmed account can read what visitors submit.
- Nobody else can see your invoice, quote, or project notes without signing in with the email on file.
- Every engagement has a written scope and a signed agreement before any payment.
- Ask and your details are corrected or deleted.
- Passwords are checked against known-breached passwords, and changing one requires the current one.
What the site collects
- Contact and service requests. Your name, email, organization if you give it, what you ask about, and your message. The service finder also saves the choices you pick and, optionally, a phone number.
- Quote requests. The project details you write, plus optional timeline and budget.
- Readiness check. Your four answers, plus your name and email only if you choose to leave them.
- Referrals. Your name and email, the person you refer, how to reach them, and any context you add.
- Client portal. The email you sign in with, your challenge notes and messages, and the invoices and payments tied to your email.
- Purchases. The email used at checkout, the product, the amount, the date, and whether the payment was a test or live.
Where it goes
Everything above is saved in this site's own private database. Only Khamsay's confirmed owner account can open it. It is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising. The site keeps its own visit counts — which pages and buttons are used — but not who you are, and it runs no advertising trackers.
Payments
Card payments happen inside Stripe's own checkout. Card numbers go to Stripe, not to this site. A billing address is collected at checkout for tax calculation. You get a confirmation email for every payment.
Emails and sign-in
Automated emails — confirmations, invoice links, and receipts — are sent from noreply@askkhamsay.com. Signing in uses your email and password, or a Google account. Passwords are checked against known-breached password lists, and changing your password requires your current one.
Automatic safeguards
Form submissions are limited to a small number per hour per connection, using a one-way hashed version of the connection address that cannot be turned back into your details.
Your choices
Want something corrected or deleted, or prefer I never reach out to someone you referred? Email support@askkhamsay.com and I will take care of it.
