01 / Forms and workflows

Sixteen production forms. Three platform generations.

Thirteen Power Apps with Power Automate approval flows and three Microsoft Forms for operations, safety, and HR. Across successive SharePoint migrations, I inventoried dependencies and rebuilt what could not simply be moved.

02 / AI adoption

From policy acknowledgment to practical use.

Supported an approved-tools rollout at a North American site, including acceptable-use attestation, training completion, one-to-one prompting guidance, and ongoing tips in Teams.

03 / Earlier work

Approval chains that had to hold up.

At LIN Media, I built a SharePoint intranet with InfoPath forms and Nintex workflows for Legal, Finance, HR, and Tax.
