Brand, sign-in and email.
- Brand and visual language
- Near-black ground with layered panels, Archivo, Source Serif 4 and IBM Plex Mono, and a metallic gold theme made for the MaxOut product line. Mobile-first for 375px+ screens with no horizontal overflow.
- Access and identity
- Email and password sign-in with validation, pilot onboarding, self-service password recovery, and protected pages that keep you signed in.
- Branded email
- Six custom email templates in MaxOut gold and near-black, including a “Your MaxOut account is ready” message and signed password reset notices.
- Domain and hosting
- Custom domain maxoutlog.com with SSL and www redirects.

Routines and the Floor Beginner plan.
- Today view and routine engine
- Resume where you left off, an active plan, a routine directory across Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced for Floor, Dumbbell and Gym, and a custom routine creator.
- Floor Beginner core routine
- A 20-minute bodyweight progression: Bodyweight Squat, Incline/Wall Push-up, Reverse Lunge and Glute Bridge, with safety and stop cues on every movement card.

- Fast set, rep and weight entry with fractional increments and bodyweight tracking, “Last time” prefill, rest timers, and personal record recognition against prior sessions.

- Epley 1RM calculations, training volume per movement and session, a private progress log, and duplicate-safe JSON export and import.
